Previously known just as "Nevaton," the Nevaton Forte formula has been enhanced with Saffron. Nevaton Forte contains St. John's Wort, Schisandra, Skullcap and Saffron. These herbs provide a wide range of phytochemicals including the naphthodianthrones hypericin and pseudohypericin (hypericin), flavonoids, phenolics, dibenzocyclooctene lignans, sesquiterpenes, monoterpenes and other compounds. The St John's Wort component of this tablet is standardised to contain 375 mcg of hypericin per tablet to ensure optimal strength and quality.

    Medicinal Ingredients:

    • Hypericum perforatum (St John's Wort) herb top 125 mg 6:1 extract
    • DHE 750 mg (375 mcg hypericin) /schisandra chinensis (Schisandra) fruit 112.5 mg 6:1 extract
    • DHE 675 mg Scutellaria lateriflora (Skullcap) herb top 1 mL 1:2 extract
    • DHE 500 mg Crocus sativus (Saffton) stigma 7.5 mg 3:1 extract
    • DHE 22.5 mg 

    Non-medicinal Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, hypermellose, maltodextin, silicon dioxide, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate and dextrin. 

    How to Take: Take 1 tablet 3 to 4 times daily or as directed by your health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 1 week to see beneficial effects. Consult your health care practitioner for use beyond 18 weeks. 

    Caution: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or taking anti-cancer medications, blood thinners, anti-depressant medications, anti-HIV agents, cardiovascular medications, immunosuppressants, and/or contraceptive medications. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking prescription medications, anti-anxiety medications, seizure medications, antihistamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxants, or opiates. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or if new symptoms develop or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy. Consumption with alcohol, drugs and/or other natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience mild gastorintestinal disturbances, nausea, restlessness, drowsiness and/or headaches. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alterness. Store below 30C away from direct sunlight.
