How to Take: Adults - Take 1 capsule, 3 times per day with food, and a few hours before or after any medications or natural health products, or as directed by your health care practitioner. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner. 

Caution: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; or if you are trying to conceive. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are have diabetes, hypoglycemia, hypotension. A kidney disorder, gall stones, a liver disorder, fever, painful urination, spasms, or blood in urine; or if you are taking diurectics or other prescription medications as berberine may alter their effectiveness. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or diarrhea is accompanied by a high fever. Hypersensitivity/allergy may occur; in which case, discontinue use. Ensure adequate fluid intake to prevent dehydration.
