Kava Forte contains Kava root extracted with 100% water, which provides an extract with a full spectrum of compounds including the kavalactones. This product is standardised to contain 50 mg of kavalactones per tablet to ensure optimal strength and quality.

Medicinal Ingredients:

  • Piper methysticum (Kava) root 455 mg 7:1 extract, DHE 3.2 g (50 mg kavalactones)  

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Calcium phosphate dibasic cellulose, silica, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, maltodextrin  

How to Take: Take 1 tablet 3 times daily. For use beyond 6 months, consult your health care practitioner. 

Caution: Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms worsen and prior to use if you have a liver disease, epilepsy, or if you are using conventional sedative-hypnotics or natural health products with similar effects, anxiolytics, MAO inhibitors, and other psychopharmacologic agents, levodopa, or other drugs for Parkinson's disease, or antiplatelet agents. Consumption with alcohol or anti-convulsants is not recommended. Consult your health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Discontinue use, or use with products that cause drowsiness, may impair your ability to operate a vehicle or use heavy machinery. Store below 30C away from direct sunlight.
