Smelling grapefruit essential oil is very much like cutting into a fresh grapefruit! Its deliciously light, tangy and sweet scent is wonderfully inviting. In fact, we have yet to meet anyone who dislikes the smell of this essential oil.

Grapefruit essential oil is known to assist with muscle fatigue, muscular weakness, cellulite, migraine, headaches, water retention, physical exhaustion, mental exhaustion, depression and stress.

Safety:

Dilute before using. Can cause skin irritation if oxidized. Not recommended to apply before sun exposure due to phototoxicity (a low-risk photosensitizer compared to other citrus essential oils).
